Raute's maintenance services range from a one-time repair visit to complete mill relocation services, and everything in between.
The goal of our maintenance operations is to create long-term partnerships with our customers in order to help them continuously develop and improve their production processes.
This is achieved by entering into maintenance contracts, which deliver the best possible benefits to our customers. The contents of maintenance contracts are reviewed annually to best meet customers' needs.
All Raute machines include a preventive maintenance plan, which ensures the best possible continuous operation of those machines. This plan can be executed either by Raute or the customer. Roles and responsibilities covered by the maintenance contract will be agreed upon in discussions between the customer and Raute.
If the customer doesn't have a valid maintenance contract with Raute, the maintenance activities can be carried out in the form of inspections and maintenance actions agreed upon on a case-by-case basis.
